Managing Project Risk in Somalia

The Risk Management Unit (RMU) in Somalia has embarked on rebranding its capacity building initiatives to enhance risk management knowledge, skills and practice among stakeholders within the Somalia Aid Community and Government. The RMU’s E-Learning Package is one of the capacity building products that provides deeper level content to encourage sustainable risk management learning and practice. It is supported by clear course objectives and individual session learning outcomes, enhanced session content and delivery, alongside formalized course materials.

This Risk Management E Learning programme describes the model of the RMU’s E-Learning Package and establishes the courses available, and provides a learning path recommended on the learner’s profile and their objectives. This document serves to guide the creation of the structure and flow of the e-learning tool. It is also a complementary document that should be read hand in hand with the detailed course plans and and learning outcomes

- RELS has been designed and developed the the UN Somalia's Risk Management Unit (RMU) Capacity Building Programmes.
  
  RELS provides content to encourage sustainable risk management learning and practice. It is supported by clear course objectives and individual session learning outcomes, enhanced session content and delivery, alongside formalized course materials. The courses may are available to various stakeholders including the United Nations Agencies, Somalia Government Institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Donors and the Private Sector.
